Island Cres beaches

Beach Sv. Ivan Cres is situated in the bay below Lubenice, a small town situated on a steep cliff from which there is a beautiful view of the white pebble beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Cres, often on the list of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It can be reached on foot, by steep track from Lubenice or by boat, alone or organized. The beach is interesting precisely because of its understandability, pristine nature and smell. It is ideal for a quiet holiday because there are not many bathers because of its difficult accessibility.

In the small town of Orlec, otherwise known for sheep breeding, located near the town of Cres, there is a beautiful bay Mali Bok. In this bay there is a pebble beach with a beautiful crystal clear sea and sheltered by high cliffs which bring shade. The road to the beach leads to a steep track that is profitable because this beach guarantees the return of the invested effort around the arrival.

In the immediate vicinity of the Sv. Ivan, there is another hidden bay of Zanja. In this bay you can find a pebble beach and the Blue Grote cave where you can enter by swimming or diving. By combining the sun and the sea, the cave is blue, so it was named after it. The beach can be reached by foot from Lubenice or by boat from Cres and Martinscica.

The decorated beach in camp Kovačina is also rich in various facilities: beach volleyball, diving center, restaurant, shop, pastry shop, caffe bar, various sports activities for adults and children, massages, animation centre for children. The beach is adapted to the needs of disabled people, equipped with necessary aids with adequate access to the sea. It is easily accessible from the town of Cres by a promenade along the coast, and nearby there is also a pet beach.

As her name says, the beach is below Beli, right next to the small port. It is nicely decorated and adorned with large gravel and clean sea. On one side the beach is in contact with natural rocks, while on the other side the walled part of the harbor continues. There is a fenced swimming area in the sea, and there are changing cabins on the beach. Accompanying facilities are available (catering facilities, sanitary facilities, diving bases, auto-camp, shops, parking lot on payment, transport to the old village centre, rent kayaks and vultures, rent deckchairs and umbrellas) and an attractive zip-line above the sea should be singled out. It is suitable for families with children. Osama can be found on the neighbouring beaches of Tepla and Vodice, which are led through the rocks, so adequate footwear is recommended. Neighbouring beaches have no accompanying facilities.

Valun is a small littoral village with two beautiful pebble beaches provided by the nearby dense pine forest. In the nearby town there is everything necessary for a pleasant all-day stay on the beach: shop, restaurant and caffe bars. Near the larger beach, there are numerous less hidden bays.
